Can I change or cancel my order?

Depending on how long after your order was placed. If the cloth has been cut to the required length then the order cannot be cancelled.

Do you provide a shade guarantee?

Unfortunately we can't guarantee the shade you see on your computer screen, therefore we would advise requesting a swatch of any fabrics you are interested in to check the exact shade. 

How does it all work?

Ordering is simple: 1. Select a cloth that you require. 2. Input the length required. 3. Make the payment and the order will be processed.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery of your fabric will take 3-5 working days.

How will I know that my online order has been received?

When we receive your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming your order number

When do I pay?

You pay for your cloth when you place your order. Your order will not be processed unless you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
